Our Principles

Connect, collaborate, and succeed. Our one-member-per-industry approach creates meaningful referrals, supported by weekly meetings and personal one-on-one connections.

It all begins with the referral

We encourage members to share qualified referrals, turning first conversations from cold calls into warm introductions—where discussions flow naturally around the products or services needed.

Deepening relationships through 1:1s

Members are encouraged to meet one-on-one outside of regular meetings to better understand each other’s products and services. These connections help build the “know, like, and trust” essential for strong referrals.

Networking and leadership insights

Every meeting kicks off with practical networking tips, techniques, and ideas—frequently expanding into leadership and communication insights.

Your industry, your opportunity

To preserve the spirit of our group, we welcome only one member per industry. If your primary industry is already represented, you won’t be able to join in that category—but if you offer services in an unrepresented area, we’d be happy to have you apply as the member for that industry.

Our weekly meeting format

Members are encouraged to arrive at 7:30 a.m. for 15 minutes of networking, with the meeting beginning promptly at 7:45 a.m. to respect everyone’s workday schedule.

Meeting Called to Order

The meeting opens with a brief welcome, followed by general business and year-to-date updates shared with the group. Visitors and guests were warmly welcomed.

60 Second Commercials

This is your opportunity to briefly share about your business and industry. Keep it creative, punchy, and to the point so everyone gets a clear sense of what you’re all about.

10 Minute Presentation

One member has the opportunity to present about themselves and their business for 10 minutes. This is your time to further build the know, like, and trust among members.

“I Haves…” are Shared

During this time, each member shares referrals, 1:1 meetings, and/or thanks for business with others, highlighting weekly networking and collaboration.

Announcements & Adjourn

The meeting concludes with business announcements, final updates, reminders, and adjournment. Most weeks, there is additional time for networking afterward.
