Bio: Joshua is an American Society of Home Inspectors (A.S.H.I.) inspector, the largest and most recognized organization for home inspectors in the country. He resides in Mansfield, Ohio with his wife Kristen and their four children Audrey, Vera, Scarlett, and Colt. Joshua is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he is currently an Assistant Chief with the rank of Master Sergeant at the 179th Airlift Wing Fire Department in the Ohio National Guard. For the past 12 years, Joshua has been inspecting government facilities both in the United States and through three deployments overseas. Also, Joshua has 11 years of experience inspecting for claims in the insurance industry. You can count on Joshua’s attention to detail, integrity, and expertise with every inspection, as he inspects every home as if his family were moving in.
